Phormium ‘Yellow Wave’

• With arching, sword-like leaves with bright yellow stripes all year round, Phormium ‘Yellow Wave’ provides background structure, height and colour to a garden and year round interest

• Approx. Width: 1.2m
• Position: Full sun or partial shade
• Soil Type: Well-drained
• Grow in pots or borders

Garden care:

• Don’t plant too deep in order to avoid rot
• Remove any unsightly leaves from the base as necessary and flower spikes after flowering
• Protect from extended periods of frost
• If the plant is in a container you could bring it into a greenhouse or shed in winter, but remember to water occasionally to keep moist
